SUMMARY
flatpak is not needed to build or run xdg-desktop-portal-kde. However, README states that flatpak is a runtime dependency.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://github.com/KDE/xdg-desktop-portal-kde/blob/master/README.md

OBSERVED RESULT
### Dependencies:
 - xdg-desktop-portal (runtime dependency)
 - flatpak (runtime dependency)
 - Qt 5 (build dependency)
 - KDE Frameworks - KCoreAddons, KI18n, KNotifications(build dependency)

EXPECTED RESULT
