Description g507839 2018-12-15 17:33:13 UTC
I have two monitors positioned side-by-side. I have the KDE taskbar docked vertically to the left edge of the right monitor. KDE refuses to allow me to freely drag or resize any windows on the left monitor. The windows get stuck, or snap below the screen.

Or, if the taskbar is docked to the right edge of the left monitor, windows malfunction equivalently on the right monitor.

This layout never caused me problems under Windows, but it's been a daily nuisance since moving to Linux.

As a workaround, pressing Alt+F3 and selecting More Actions > Move from the window menu does not suffer this bug.

KDE version: 5.8.6
