When you don't remember using the search box, it's not immediately obvious why no articles are showing

SUMMARY
Making the search box red (like other apps) or showing a message when nothing was found would be helpful.
I just ran into this: I was confused because Akregator wasn't showing any articles and only later realised that this was because I had searched when using it earlier and the query was still there.
