SUMMARY
When confirmation dialogs (that create sounds) pop up, a notification from "Multimedia System" pops up saying "Switching to the audio playback device <whichever output is set to default when this happens> which has higher preference or is specifically configured for this stream.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin and select a file/folder
2. `Shift`+`Delete`
3. Confirmation dialog appears

OBSERVED RESULT
When the confirmation dialog appears, it triggers something related to output switching and a notification says it's switching the playback device back to the default/priority device.

EXPECTED RESULT
Confirmation dialogs (make noise) appear, sound plays, but nothing happens other than that. Notifications about audio device switching aren't present.

Inappropriate audio device switching dialog

For me this bug occurs even when the audio notifications are switched off, so they do not even produce any sound.
