SUMMARY Running MP3 using VLC shows different elapsed time rather than system tray Media Player. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Run Kubuntu 18.04 2. Adjust system tray widget to show Extra Items -> "Media Player (Automatic Load)" 3. Open any MP3 file using VLC 3.0.4 Vetinari. OBSERVED RESULT The time elapsed on the VLC differ than rendered on the system tray widget "Media Player" Checkout the attached screen shot. EXPECTED RESULT The two time elapsed must be identical. A little notice: When I tried to, manually, change the progress bar, it shows identical values on both VLC and Media Player on the system tray widget.
