SUMMARY
When entering a Transfer between two bank accounts, the From Account is properly entered, but the To Account gets an amount of 0.00.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Precondition: Have two bank accounts
1. In the register, switch from the Standard entry to Transfer entry
2. Select the Account and the To Account 
3. Enter an amount in the Amount and any other information
4. Click the Add button
5. Switch to the From Account bank and notice the entry is correct
6. Switch to the To Account bank and notice the entry information is correct BUT the amount entered is 0.00.

OBSERVED RESULT
The To Account entered amount shows 0.00.

EXPECTED RESULT
The To Account entered amount should show the actual amount of the entered transfer
