Top buttons blink once after their menus closing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Discover wight to mobile.
2. Open any app info page.
3. Click on top left mobile menu or top right actions button 

OBSERVED RESULT
They are blinking once after their menus closing

EXPECTED RESULT
They are not blinking after their menus closing

Can confirm. Seems a little odd that they don't have the same on-click appearance as, for example, the back/forward navigation buttons.
