1. Open Menu Editor
2. Click to change any application icon
3. Click on other icon
or 
1.Right click on desktop icon go to properties
2.Click on icon

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell crash and restart

choose icon

As can't reproduce,
in order for this bug report to be useful, it's needed a backtrace of plasmashell with debug symbols installed
