SUMMARY

Can not create address book folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Kontact OR KOrganizer
2. Click Contacts
3. Right Click under 'Address Books' column
4. Click 'Add Address Book Folder' 
5. Name folder (this string doesn't seem to matter to result, have tried 'Work', 'Family', 'Test', 'wtf'), Click OK 

OBSERVED RESULT

Error Dialog: "Could not create address book folder: Could not create collection <string name from step 5>, resourceId: 4"

EXPECTED RESULT

Ability to create folders within a single address book.

Possibly related: this happens when I attempt the steps with gdb:

org.kde.pim.incidenceeditor: free slot calculation: invalid range. range(  0 ) / mSlotResolutionSeconds( 900 ) =  0

Still a bug for me with latest kde.
