STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover.
2. Select 'Sources' page.
3. Add flatpak repo - for example
https://firefox-flatpak.mojefedora.cz/org.mozilla.FirefoxRepo.flatpakrepo
4. Add same flatpak repo - https://firefox-flatpak.mojefedora.cz/org.mozilla.FirefoxRepo.flatpakrepo

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Popup message with text that the flatpak repo was already added

Yeah, this isn't ideal.

We can probably use one of the dreaded passiveNotifications for this. :)
