SUMMARY
Hello, since the last update to my system (Manjaro KDE).
As an example I have 3 instances of Konsole open, yet scrolling only shows one, maybe two open Konsole windows.

I just installed a fresh system which is showing the same issue.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open tree or more instances of an application
2. scroll through applications (hovering icon, scroll wheel)
3. Only one maybe two windows will be shown


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro KDE, kernel 4.19.6
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0
Qt Version: 5.11.2
