SUMMARY
It would be really useful to be able to use the Text Selection to function select a block of text and then have Highlight offered in the RMB menu for that text.

While I'm at it a hot-key to add/remove text highlighting would be great too :-)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Text
2. Click mouse RMB
3. Select Highlight from menu
