SUMMARY The rendering works fine if I don't change the end frame, but when I change the end frame to how much frames I actually have(e.g. initial number in end frame box is 400, I change it to 162, my current frames), it renders fine, but the video rendered shows only a black screen for just 1 second, eventhough my animation is 14 seconds. But things got worse and now i can't STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT Black screen in windows media player. EXPECTED RESULT 14 seconds animation should play in windows media player. Hi Mikailon, What happens if you switch to "Settings->Configure Krita->Performance->Animation Cache Mode: On-memory"? Could be your issue related to Bug 399259?
Windows media player doesn't work well for videos. Try to drag your video in a web browser like Google Chrome, or download a regular video player like VLC (free) https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html Let us know if that helps
Is there any word on this? I am thinking the problem is Windows media player and what it supports. We might be able to close this ticket.
