(Krita 4.2.0-pre-alpha (git 4fb7b5b) appimage - Ubuntu 14.04, Unity)

Hi. Not sure if it has to be considered a bug or a wish bug. Steps (see video):

    1. fresh configs
    2. save a preset
    4. save a second preset from the same source.

Actual Results: the second preset will silently replace the first one.
Expected Results: just add it to the list OR ask the user to rename it?

The issue seems to affect the current session, at restart both the presets will be visible.

This works with in master. Tested with c1d6ed341fa9b62cb83967f673e393faa29f43c3
