STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover.
2. Turn off internet connection.
3. Open and search in 'Application Addons' page.
4. Open and search in 'Plasma Addons' page.

OBSERVED RESULT
1. 'Sorry, nothing found...' error is displayed in 'Application Addons' page.
2. 'Still looking...' bottom spinner is displayed at the bottom in 'Plasma Addons' page.

EXPECTED RESULT
Instant appearance of relevant error message about offline status - same when clicking  'Check for Updates' button on updates page.

Yeah, Discover should probably show a nice Kirigami InlineMessage at the top of the window (not those user-unfriendly passivenotifications that disappear after a moment) when opened without an internet connection.
