SUMMARY
Could not load libcdparanoia

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Rip Audio CD" with CD in drive.
2. Select "Start Ripping".
3. Select "WAV".

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails with error: Could not load libcdparanoia
EXPECTED RESULT
Start ripping.

Windows:

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon_UserEdition-20181122_x64

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Performed removal/reinstallation of K3B via commandline. It pulls in cdparanoia, but cannot find it. Also ran K3B from commandline and captured output, but could not see anything useful (captured text is included here).

I can't reproduce with k3b 18.12.2 on Arch Linux.
