ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I found this bug as another member of ubuntuusers.de was asking for help to upgrade from kdeconnect 1.3.1 to 1.3.2. I tried to access the internal of my Sony XZ Premium and failed.
As the other guy managed to upgrade to v1.3.3 he's got the same error.

Hi all,

I'm a bit late but I want to report that, after installation/ update to kdeconnect 1.3.3 a reboot fixes the problem.
