STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Discover.
2. Open 'Plasma Addons' page.
3. Without waiting for addons to load - scroll the page by dragging it's scrollbar - multiple drags of scrollbar maybe needed.

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover window hangs

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal scrolling of Plasma addons page without hangs

Discover unfreezes after some time - but scrolling again causes it's hang again

here discover is crashing.

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.1

I can't reproduce the crash anymore.
However discover freezes and unfreezes all the time while I scroll plasma addons list.
konsole shows the following errro messagre several times while discover
is frozen:

file:///usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/kirigami.2/Action.qml:163: Error: Cannot assign to non-existent property "parent"

That's already fixed in Frameworks 5.56, FWIW.
