Description Valter Mura 2018-11-27 19:21:29 UTC
SUMMARY

The Discover 'Update All' button is not active when there are packages to update.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Receive an update notice from the system tray
2. Click to open Discover to check for the updates
3. The updates are regularly listed

OBSERVED RESULT

The Update button is not active (it is GREYED OUT)

EXPECTED RESULT

The Update button should be active, in order to be clicked and start the update

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.53.0
Qt Version: 5.11.2
Kernel: 4.15.0-38-generic

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The only thing I changed before this behavior was the repository server: from "Server in Italy" to "Main Server".

BTW, Muon works correctly.

It should only be grayed out while packages are still refreshing. Does it eventually become clickable again? Does it become clickable if you manually click on the Refresh button to manually trigger a refresh?

probably duplicate of bug 399981

Well, no. But I saw that it is a duplicate, so hoping in a quick solution. :)
