STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install some DEB package using Discover
2. after the install process, click "Launch" button in the header bar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
discover launches the just installed app

KDE neon Developer Edition
KDE Plasma: 5.14.80
KDE Frameworks: 5.53.0
