SUMMARY
When copy to webdav folder there is not visual indicator of what is happening. 
It happens in background.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open webdavs://folder
2. Copy some big files in it (1-2GB)


OBSERVED RESULT
You will see nothing. But it is still copying in the background for an unknown amount of time.

EXPECTED RESULT
the normal file copy dialog to see what 's happening

I've tested this with my Nextcloud server and it seems to work just fine. Is the bug still present in your installation?
