output of "qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin supportInformation"

SUMMARY
Sometimes the magic lamp's animation gets played out incorrectly. Half of the minimizing animation is repeated, which at normal speed makes the effect look glitchy. This isn't a general bug because I've only encountered it on this device and the bug doesn't appear when testing with a new user.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (trigger something (?) userspace related that's interfering with the animation)
2. observe the animation get played out wrongly

OBSERVED RESULT
https://youtu.be/CvMSDAAkcxQ

EXPECTED RESULT
Effect works as intended.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
OS: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52
Qt Version: 5.11.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Qdbus output is attached.

Magic Lamp and Scale Minimize effects are not fwends. Disable either Magic lamp or Scale Minimize effect (see installation instruction https://store.kde.org/p/1267839/)

Ah, that's the root cause. I forgot I had it turned on.

Thanks!
