Description Andrew Shark 2018-11-22 17:58:07 UTC
In system settings in Displays configuration there is an identify button. But it is still not such a convinient way of identification, because you need to read display name, remember it and then compare it to names of displays that are shown in the configuration area.

I would like notification like in mac os. When you hold a mouse on a display in the configuration area, it becomes surrounded with red frame and also a red frame appears on entire display. It is very easy to identify displays visually. Here is a video demonstration: https://youtu.be/jmdLJyYEcdc?t=184

And also in mac os display configuration there is a white bar, identifying main output. And we could also repeat this.

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.3
Qt Version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0
