SUMMARY
Cannot check "plasmashell --version" with DISPLAY unset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login over ssh
2. Run "plasmashell --version"

OBSERVED RESULT
[aspotashev@glue ~]$ plasmashell --version
qt.qpa.screen: QXcbConnection: Could not connect to display 
Could not connect to any X display.
[aspotashev@glue ~]$ 

EXPECTED RESULT
[aspotashev@glue ~]$ plasmashell --version
plasmashell 5.13.5
[aspotashev@glue ~]$

Use case: when you need to report a bug in a Plasma component which runs on a remote computer.
