SUMMARY
Reproducible with Ark 18.12 beta.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right click on any file in any of the following formats: 7zip, jar, zip, rar
3. select "Extract > Extract archive here"
4. extract the same file to the same location (file conflict dialog shows up)

OBSERVED RESULT
It's impossible to rename files in the file conflict dialog: file name field,
both "Suggest new name" and "Rename" buttons are missing. See the screenshot please.

EXPECTED RESULT
it's possible to rename files.

The "Rename" button is disabled on purpose for those formats, because the backend is CLI-based and unfortunately it's not easy to handle renaming.

This appears to be fixed in a newer version of Ark.

I was able to zip a file, "extract here" and rename the file using the "suggest new name" button.

Currently I only can reproduce this issue with 7zip and RAR formats.

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.80

Confirmed with 7zip and RAR, cannot rename.
