Same bug reported for both Krita and Kolourpaint, so it's not sure reporter selected the right product.
Even if it's the right product, this problem description is not enough. 1.) what really is the operating system ? 2.) when started from a terminal (e.g. konsole), is there any output ? 3.) detailed steps to reproduce. "can not opemn document" means: any image or just some specific ? e.g. depending on the file format, etc. ?
