Screen configuration

I have the PC connected to a Samsung TV through an audio amplifier. Usually I do not use the TV so it is disabled in monitor settings (attachment: SAMSUNG). My monitor (attachment: VE248) is set as the main screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
When the computer starts it start with the screen ON: I can see the mouse on a dark background and it moves correctly. In a few seconds it turns OFF, no matter I move the mouse or randomly press on keyboard, it stays OFF.

The turn my monitor ON I have to power ON the amplifier, then it turns ON. After that I can turn the amplifier OFF again, everything keeps working as expected.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen should stay ON independently on the amplifier when it is enabled in Screen settings.
