SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. set the keyboard shortcut of the global menu widget to something (such as `Meta+Tab`) 2. open a GTK application (such as GIMP) with global menu enabled 3. press keyboard shortcut OBSERVED RESULT global menu is not activated an opened EXPECTED RESULT global menu should open and put the focus on it as with normal KDE applications.
