Output of kscreen-console after I deactivated the screen in system settings

SUMMARY
On my Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad U410) Kscreen shows a monitor in the system settings, that does not exist and that is not connected. This is confusing behaviour because windows are moved onto that screen until it is deactivated.
The error occurred after upgrading to Ubuntu 18.10.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system-settings without any external monitors connected.

OBSERVED RESULT
System settings show me a second screen (VGA-1-2) even though no external monitor is connected.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?

If it is, please change the status to CONFIRMED when replying. If not, or if you can't because you no longer use this setup, you can change the status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Thanks a lot!
