SUMMARY After creating an IMAP ressource (laposte.fr), the first synchronization of the inbox stop at 1600 mails, and never continue. Kill akonadi or restart ressource doesn't solve the problem : the ressource tries to sync again and again the 1600 first mails, and is disconnected when this limit is reached. Clear the Akonadi cache of the inbox via AkonadiConsole conducts to the same result. OBSERVED RESULT Kmail/Akonadi is unable to sync a Laposte.fr IMAP account. Thunderbird is able (with the same credentials). EXPECTED RESULT Kmail/Akonadi is able to continue syncing after been disconnected, from the last mails synced before disconnection, instead of the first ones of the INBOX. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux : 4.18.16 KDE Plasma Version: 5.51.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 18.08 Qt Version: 5.11.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I don't know which type of log or traces you need to diagnose the problem.
