SUMMARY
Dashboard on X covers taskbar, on Wayland it's unobstructed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set launcher to dashboard mode
2. Activate it

OBSERVED RESULT

It's still possible to use taskbar which is not blurred.

EXPECTED RESULT

Taskbar should be blurred nicely.

Also it's possible to switch to a different window and keep Dashboard open, it should close in such case.
