Logo is a menu-button on tab bar

Menubar into a toolbar button
------------------------------

- Menu-items into a "dropdown" menu from the toolbar.

Either i) move to this way altogether (fixed static menu-button in the toolbar, canot be removed(?)) or alternative to the menu-toolbar.

digiKam-logo on the toolbar could open digiKam program menu - for example.

Attached see Opera browser -> menu is not a toolbar but a button on tab bar.
Also such as Vivaldi browser does it this way (check they're source(?)).

I don't understand anything from this report. What's the problem exactly with digiKam here. The screenshot do not come from digiKam. Please take a screenshot of the problem with digiKam in action under Windows.

The desire is the horizontal main menu in a single button as a vertical menu. From my side definitely not.

Maik,

I agree. This will break the usability and require a lots of change in source code, as all API used to manage menu come from KF5::KXMLGui framework.

So i close as WONTFIX.
