STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start System Settings app.
2. While focus is currently on search field - it can be moved to hamburger menu by pressing left arrow key.
3. While focus is currently on search field - it can be moved to sidebar lower by pressing down arrow key.
4. While focus is currently on search field - it can be moved to 'Frequently used' items by pressing right arrow key.
5. While focus is currently on any of prev mentioned sections - it can be moved between them by pressing arrow keys.
6. If focus is currently in sidebar subsection (for example Workspace theme -> Look and Feel) - focus can jump to main Look and Feel window (to let's say Breeze LnF selection) by pressing left arrow and back to Workspace Theme subsection by pressing left arrow key.
7. If focus is currently in main sidebar - up and down arrow keys can be used to navigate its items.
8. Right and left arrow keys can be used to navigate initial screen 'Frequently used' items.
