button to abort install process is disabled

When I click the button to install a Snap package in Discover, the button to abort install process is disabled.
When I open Discover by clicking a snap url in the snap store and click the button to install the snap package, there is no button to abort the install process.
See the screenshots please.

OBSERVED RESULT
button to abort snap install is disabled or unvailable.

EXPECTED RESULT
button is available and functional

KDE neon Developer Edition
KDE Plasma: 5.14.80
Qt: 5.11.2

This problem persists on neon dev unstable.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.56.0
Qt Version: 5.12.0
