STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag icon (of previously not launched app?) from app launcher to desktop
2. Select 'Copy Here' in drag options menu
3. Launch the app
4. Confirmation about launching of the app appears
5. For example - press Meta or Alt+F1 to open app launcher
6. Application Launcher opens

OBSERVED RESULT
Text could not be entered into app launcher and no app can be launched from it

Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.80
Qt Version: 5.11.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.52.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
File already exists desktop warning is not causing such behavior

Same for Kicker and AppDash, AppDash cannot be closed when the trust warning window is opened

Modal means modal; this is intentional.
