STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Glide or Scale effect settings
2. Try to change to max or min values of duration, angle and distance.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT

Having to use the arrow, which is slow, or test numbers.

EXPECTED RESULT

A slider to easily select the parameters.

Why do you have to be fast here anyway? One would tweak the effect once or twice and that's pretty much it. I'm unconvinced by this argument.

* With the Scale effect, we can have different scale factors(> 1), so I don't think having sliders would be appropriate there (also, we need precision);

* With the Glide effect things are a little bit different. So, maybe, we could add sliders.

Since there have been no updates for almost 7 years and those two effects are not the only ones that use spinboxes for duration, I see no strong arguments in favor of doing it. So closing the bug report.
