SUMMARY
In Ubuntu MATE 18.10 KDE Connect Indicator fails to install.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Menu->Administration->Software Boutique
2. In the Software Boutique select the cog tab (system tools)
3. Scroll down to KDE Connect Indicator
4. Click "Install"
5. Select the "Bulk Queue" icon on the top menu bar.
6. Click "Apply Changes"

OBSERVED RESULT
The progress icon appears then an error window stating:
    Package does not exist.
Under details I get the following:
    Package indicator-kdeconnect isn't available
       
EXPECTED RESULT
    KDE Connect Indicator should install as it did in Ubuntu MATE 18.04.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
OS is Ubuntu MATE 18.10. Processor is AMD 64-bit.
