SUMMARY If we open the File > Properties window while viewing a djvu file, the window opens with the wrong size, i.e. so small that none of the text is displayed properly. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a djvu file in okular 2. Go to File > Properties OBSERVED RESULT The opened window is so small that the text is not displayed properly. Lines of text are cut off vertically, i.e. only a certain fraction of the top of each line is displayed. In the extreme case, one simply sees what appear to be a bunch of dashed lines (the top edges of letters in each line). However, one can resize the window and view the text. EXPECTED RESULT The File>properties window should open with a size which allows the text to be displayed properly SOFTWARE VERSIONS KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0 Qt Version: 5.11.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The same does not happen with PDF files, i.e. the File>properties window opens with the correct size. However, one can resize the window until it is small enough to get the same effect of text not being displayed properly.
I only tried the PDF way. I can’t reproduce that on my system. The properties window can not be resized down until it’s too small for all text lines. When I force it to be smaller (titlebar -> rightclick -> special window settings), there is simply no text. Okular version: 1.5.1 KDE Frameworks version: 5.50.0 KDE Plasma version: 5.13.1 Qt version: 5.11.1 OS: KDE Neon 5.13 (16.04 LTS)
Can you please attach a screenshot of what you get? And also when you made it bigger?

I'm really sorry for the noise. It seems I'd set a kwin window rule for okular that disobeys the requested minimum size. I've marked the bug as resolved.
