SUMMARY

Create "Space" icon for the toolbar. This would be an empty space to allow distance for item buttons in the toolbar.

This could allow users to better place their icons on the toolbar and have visual groups spaced out by this item.

This should be done for all KDE apps that have toolbars, in KXMLGui, not just in Dolphin.
