SUMMARY Using Dolphin to rip files from audio CD to FLAC. The files are ripped correctly, but are created with a modification time of '7 February 2106 06:28:25 GMT'. Incorrect modification time means that unable to use rsync to copy; rsync reports: "Time value of /media/data/20090513/090513_185507.jpg truncated on receiver." STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Insert audio CD. 2. Open Dolphin, navigate to 'Audio CD' 3. Navigate to 'FLAC' 4. Drag a song to local directory 5. Wait for transfer to complete. 6. Check the modification time OBSERVED RESULT The modification time of the ripped song is set to 2106. EXPECTED RESULT The modification time of the ripped song should be set to an in range date. Possibly the time of ripping? SOFTWARE VERSIONS (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.6 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0 Qt Version: 5.9.5 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Problem observed when using Dolphin, but guessing that real problem resides in Audio CD KIO slave.
I can confirm on my system. Same occurs when audio cd is ripped to ogg, wav and mp3 formats. Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.2 Qt Version: 5.12.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.51.0
