journalctl -xe output

SUMMARY
Having "Switch off screen" under Screen Energy Settings in the system settings makes my screen get signal and then immediatly lose it (shown in this video: https://youtu.be/sznH2JyzCgU ). Moving my mouse or pressing keys does nothing. The only way to stop it is to switch to another tty by pressing e.g. ctrl+alt+F4 and then switch back to tty1 by pressing ctrl+alt+f1, where everything is normal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have "Switch off screen" in power saving settings on.
2. Wait the amount of time you have selected

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen gets and loses signal constantly. I am using Arch Linux.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen turns off
