STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open some deb package with discover
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover shows no "Category". See the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Show "Category" correctly.

Yeah, if the category isn't available for some reason, we shouldn't show the label at all.
