SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit Window-Specific Settings-KWin does not save "Position" or "Size", so you have no control as to which screen you would like the program to open.

Could this be the same issue as bug #399778

This bug was fixed as I updated my system last night on KDE neon 5.14.3.
