Edit Window-Specific Settings-KWin does not save position

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit Window-Specific Settings-KWin does not save "Position" or "Size", so you have no control as to which screen you would like the program to open.

This bug was fixed as I updated my system last night on KDE neon 5.14.3.
