Description Kevin 2018-10-17 03:40:28 UTC
Application: systemsettings5 (5.12.6)
 (Compiled from sources)
Qt Version: 5.9.5
Frameworks Version: 5.44.0
Operating System: Linux 4.15.0-36-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:I was listening to Spotify (installed from Spotify repo) and was about to change the sound from a bluetooth headset to HDMI out on my Nvidia GPU.

- Unusual behavior I noticed: I use a dual monitor setup (Samsung 32" Tv-HDMI) and (HP w1707 monitor-DVI). When I powered up and logged in, I started geting random flickering and black squares on both monitors. I had just installed the new Nvidia-410 driver and depend packages. I was going to listen to a couple songs and then reboot.

-- Backtrace:
Application: System Settings (systemsettings5), signal: Aborted

NVIDIA requires you to reboot after installing/updating the OpenGL drivers, because of its kernel module.
