SUMMARY
kubuntu 18.04 is awesome -thank you. This is a feature request for a double-click titlebar behaviour to maximise (and unmaximise) window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double-click a window titlebar
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Window becomes maximised (or un-maximised)

There's a setting in window behaviour -> titlebar actions

Thanks David.  Found the setting.  It was already enabled.  A reboot fixed the problem
