Both 30,00 hz and 60,00 hz are available twice. Se the screenshot please.

That appears to be a problem with the backend. Can you post the output of xrandr?

I don't think this is a problem with kde. Your monitor or graphics driver is listing 60hz twice for some reason.

> 1920x1080     60.00*+  60.00    50.00    59.94

For comparison, mine shows

> 1920x1080     60.02*+  59.93    48.00

hum, where is the problem then?
The same occurs on Wayland, but in this case the repeated values are 59,94 hz and 50,00 hz.

The new Displays KCM solved this issue on my system.
