SUMMARY There is a firmware update for my Dell XPS-13-9360, but Discover doesn't show anything. With the latest version of Discover (5.14.2-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build27), I can see now the BIOS updates. So, from my part this issue is resolved. Thank you.
