SUMMARY
There is a firmware update for my Dell XPS-13-9360, but Discover doesn't show anything.

If I use the fwupdmngr command I have the following output:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover and check for the updates

Discover response is "No updates available"


EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should list the available firmware update

In Discover is checked the Firmware Updates "lvfs - Linux Vendor Firmware Service"

With the latest version of Discover (5.14.2-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build27), I can see now the BIOS updates.
So, from my part this issue is resolved.
