STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Konsole, Kate..
2. Reboot without closing the above windows
3. Konsole, Kate are restored from the last session in the step (1)

OBSERVED RESULT
They don't have transparent effect.
(The new windows opened in this session do have)

EXPECTED RESULT
They should have transparent effect.

SOFTWARE VERSIONS

I mean in Konsole > Edit profile > I set its "Background transparency" to e.g. 80%.

By saying "no transparent effect", I mean it appears like when you turn off the Compositor. I guess the problem is that.

It happens to many stuff support the transparent effect like Konsole, Kvantum, BreezeEnhanced (it makes the titlebar transparent)...
