The subwindow right-click menu in previous versions

In previous versions, right-clicking the title bar of a subwindow would bring up a menu with some options. This is missing in 4.1.5, making the 'Stay on Top' option inaccessible.

Fixed in 3f1f97b688523afe60d55a68356b58d1b87880e8
