STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move the cursor to the right of keyboard layout indocator
2. Trigger the keyboard layout tooltip

OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip has different (and worng) size if triggered by moving from the right side to the left.

EXPECTED RESULT
When moving cursor from the left size onto the indicator a correct-sized tooltip is shown.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.0

Qt Version: 5.12-beta1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug didnt appear recently and thus should be reproducible also on older software than the one above. I am not sure about 'Product' and 'Component'.
